Manipal College of Medical Sciences is a private medical college located at Pokhara, in Nepal. It is associated with Manipal Teaching Hospital and enrolls about 100 students each year for the MBBS medical qualification.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To be considered eligible for selection to the MBBS program, a candidate
  • Must have qualified 10 + 2, or equivalent qualifications, with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) securing a minimum of 50% in each PCB subject (which, in general, equals to minimum ‘C’ grades for Sri Lankan A-Level and ‘D’ grades for International A Levels e.g. EDEXCEL/Cambridge).
  • Must have qualified Medical Entrance Test (MET) of Kathmandu University/Government of Nepal and admission must be based on the merit of this entrance exam’s score.

The following documents are required to be submitted by the candidates at the time of admission:

  • Mark sheet of class X or O level examination issued by the board
  • Mark sheet of class XII or A level examination issued by the board
  • A valid passport
  • A valid NEET/SAT scorecard for the present academic year
  • Passport size photographs
  • Confirmation letter issued by the university
