What is WBJEE?

WBJEE stands for West Bengal joint entrance examination. It is a state level examination which is conducted by WBJEEB(west Bengal joint entrance examination board). The exam is conducted for admissions into courses such as B.Tech and B.Pharma at different universities across West Bengal. All the candidates seeking admissions will have to qualify the entrance examination.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must follow the following eligibility criteria to appear for WBJEE:

• The candidate must have passed class 12th with at least 45% aggregate marks in subjects like physics, mathematics, chemistry and biology combined from a recognized board.

• Candidates belonging from reserved categories such as SC/ST/OA-A/OBC-B/PwD must must have passed class 12th with at least 40% aggregate marks in subjects like physics, mathematics, chemistry and biology combined from a recognized board.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 30% in English.

• Will my WBJEE application fee get refunded if I do not appear for the exam?

No, once the application form will get filled and the application fee will be paid no refund will be granted whether the candidate appears for the exam or do not appear for the exam.
