Uttar Pradesh NEET UG 2025 Merit List and Seat Matrix: The Directorate of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, has recently released the official merit list and seat matrix for the NEET UG 2025.

If your name isn’t on the UP state merit list, you won’t be eligible for UP counselling. But don’t lose hope — you can still explore All India Quota, deemed universities, or other state counselling processes where you're eligible.
