Admission Process

• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Candidates must have completed 10+2 or equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Botany and Zoology, and English.
  • A minimum aggregate score of 60% in these subjects is typically required.
  • Applicants must have completed 17 years of age by December 31 of the admission year.
• NEET-UG Examination:
  • Aspiring candidates must appear for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) and secure a qualifying score.
  • The NEET-UG score is a mandatory requirement for MBBS admissions at CMC Vellore.
• CMC Vellore Application Process:
  • Candidates need to fill out the online application form available on the official CMC Vellore admissions portal.
  • The application form is usually released in the second week of February, with submissions accepted until the third week of March.
  • Applicants must provide personal details, academic qualifications, and NEET-UG scores during the application process.
• Submission of Supporting Documents:
  • Applicants are required to submit relevant supporting documents, including:
    • Proof of date of birth.
    • Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates.
    • NEET-UG scorecard.
    • Community or category certificate (if applicable).
