NEET UG 2025 Merit List and Qualifying Criteria

NTA will generate the Merit List/All India Rank (AIR) of NEET UG 2025 Merit List and Qualifying Criteria on the basis of eligibility criteria and norms of NMC, DGHS, MCC, DCI, and such other authorities as may be applicable. For eligibility, candidates should have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English with a minimum of 50% marks for general candidates (40% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL and PwD candidates). Specific subject restrictions and open schooling eligibility are pending legal proceedings. Tie-breaking factors are more marks in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, and then less wrong answers. The 15% All India Quota merit list will be sent to DGHS and other authorities for online counseling, whereas state admitting authorities will manage non-AIQ seats.
