Key Instructions for All Candidates for Madhya Pradesh NEET UG 2025 State Counselling

  1. Valid Email and Mobile Number Required
    The registration must be completed using a personal, active email ID and mobile number. All communications, OTPs, and alerts will be sent only to this registered contact.
  2. Accurate Personal Information
    Enter your NEET Roll Number, Application Number, Name, and other personal details exactly as they appear in your NEET application. Any mismatch may lead to disqualification.
  3. Bank Account Details for Refunds
    Each candidate must provide their own KYC-compliant bank account, preferably in a nationalised or scheduled bank, for security deposit refunds. Zero balance accounts are accepted.
  4. Mandatory Original Documents for Verification
    During physical reporting, candidates must carry original documents including:
    • NEET Admit Card & Scorecard
    • Class 10 and 12 marksheets and certificates
    • Domicile certificate (for state quota)
    • Caste and income certificates (if applicable)
    • PwBD certificate (if applicable)
  5. No Proxy Allowed
    Candidates must appear in person for document verification and admission reporting. No relatives or agents are allowed to represent them.

Important Guidelines on Security Deposit

  • The security deposit is refundable and must be paid online via the candidate’s own bank account.
  • Refunds will only be processed to the same account after counselling ends.
  • If you are allotted a seat and fail to join, your deposit may be forfeited.

Misconduct & Disqualification

  • Any attempt to submit fake documents, misrepresent category/domicile status, or register with incorrect NEET details may result in cancellation of candidature.
  • Such cases will be reported to the relevant authorities for legal action.
