KEAM 2025 Profile Verification and Defect Rectification Window Open – Check and Update by July 3!
KEAM 2025 Profile Verification: Wonderful news for KEAM 2025 aspirants! The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published a crucial notice regarding the KEAM 2025 Profile Verification and Defect Rectification for all candidates who have registered for admission to Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture, Medical, and Medical Allied courses under KEAM 2025.
All the registered candidates can now check their profile and correct defects in the application through the KEAM 2025 Candidate Portal — but quickly, the deadline is 12:00 noon on July 3, 2025.
What Can Applicants See?

On the official website www.cee.kerala.gov.in, by using the Candidate Portal, see personal information provided at the time of registration view the status of documents uploaded, such as:
- Photo
- Signature
- Nativity certificate
- Caste/Community/Reservation claims
- See any defect memos released (in case your application contains defects)
To view your profile, just log in with your Application Number and Password.

July 3, 2025 (Wednesday), 12:00 noon
What if you have flaws in your application?
- If there are errors or incomplete documents in your application, there will be a “Memo Details” tab on your Profile Page.
- You can: View the precise defects pointed out by CEE
- Upload the correct document, photo, or signature in the concerned section
- Resolve reservation, nativity, or other personal claims issues

What kind of details can I verify or correct?
You can check and rectify:
- Personal information (name, date of birth, etc.)
- Uploaded photo and signature
- Nativity and reservation claims
- Any other claim-based details, like community or income certificates
Can I send the documents by post to CEE?
No. Do not send any printed documents or certificates by post. All corrections must be made online only.
What happens if I don’t fix the defects in time?
Your application may be rejected partially or fully, and you might lose eligibility for reservation or other claims. In some cases, it may lead to disqualification from the KEAM 2025 admission process.
