What Documents Do You Need?

Here’s a quick checklist of the commonly required documents. Make sure to carry both originals and photocopies:

  • NEET UG 2025 Admit Card
  • NEET UG 2025 Scorecard
  • Class 10th & 12th Mark Sheets & Passing Certificates
  • Domicile Certificate (especially for state quota applicants)
  • Passport-size Photographs (same as used in the application)
  • Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)
  • Disability Certificate (if applying under PwD category)
  • Proof of Registration Date (screenshot/email confirmation after July 7)
  • Photo ID Proof – Aadhar/PAN/Voter ID/Passport
