This round of verification is for:

What Documents Do You Need?
Here’s a quick checklist of the commonly required documents. Make sure to carry both originals and photocopies:
- NEET UG 2025 Admit Card
- NEET UG 2025 Scorecard
- Class 10th & 12th Mark Sheets & Passing Certificates
- Domicile Certificate (especially for state quota applicants)
- Passport-size Photographs (same as used in the application)
- Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Disability Certificate (if applying under PwD category)
- Proof of Registration Date (screenshot/email confirmation after July 7)
- Photo ID Proof – Aadhar/PAN/Voter ID/Passport
