ESIC Medical College MBBS Admission 2025-26: The college has officially released a comprehensive set of guidelines and formats for first-year students admitted through AIQ, ESIC Ward of IP Quota, Management, or State Quota. Whether you’re a local student or coming from another state, these instructions are crucial for a smooth admission process.

Key Admission Instructions

  • Reporting Deadline: Students must report to the Academic Registrar’s Office by 9:30 AM on the date mentioned in their KEA/MCC admission letter.
  • Compulsory Accompaniment: A parent or guardian must accompany the student during admission or when surrendering a seat.
  • Admission Validity: Admission is provisional until approved by DME-Karnataka and RGUHS-Bangalore.
  • Bring Extra Copies: Carry 3 sets of self-attested photocopies of all documents. Originals will be sent to RGUHS.
  • Submit Soft Copies: Carry a pen drive with scanned PDFs of documents and a JPEG of your photo.
  • Working Days Only: Admissions are processed only on working days. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
  • Google Form Mandatory: Students must fill the online admission form via the provided Google Form link.

Bond Requirements For ESIC Medical College MBBS Admission 2025-26

All students must submit notarised bonds as part of their admission process:

For All Students:

  • Anti-ragging affidavits by both student and parent/guardian (Annexure I & II).

For ESIC Ward Students:

  • A ₹5 lakh bond agreement (Annexure III) committing to one-year service in ESIC hospitals post-internship.
    • Alternative Option: Submit a bank guarantee before the internship to avoid the retention of original documents.

For Female Candidates (ESIC Ward):

  • Two additional affidavits:
    • By the student (Annexure IV)
    • By the insured parent (Annexure V)
