Second Round of counseling  The second round of counseling is conducted to fill the vacant seats after the first round of counseling. In this round fresh registrations will be opened again and the seats of the first round can also be upgraded. Seat allotment in this round is conducted in online mode. In the second round, all the registered candidates will have to make a fresh choice. The candidates to whom the seats have been allotted and who have joined the seats must provide willingness to participate in round 2 of counseling then only they will be allowed to be part of the second round of counseling.  The candidates who were allotted in round 1 but did not report to the allotted institute for admission, are allowed free exit, that is they are allowed to participate in the round 2 counseling without penalty, that is, they are not required to enroll/pay fees/register again during round 2 counseling. They can straight away go for fresh choice filling during round 2 counseling. The candidates who have surrendered seats after admission in round 1 are not allowed to participate any further in counseling including round 2. They are out of the counseling process. Candidates who have admitted the allotted seat in round 2 and further rounds will not be allowed to resign/surrender and will also be ineligible to take part in further rounds of any type of counseling. The Candidates, whose allotted seats were canceled in round 1 due to failure in submission of documents, are out of the counseling process and they are not allowed to participate any further in counseling. The willingness to participate in subsequent rounds shall not be available during round 2 admission or any further rounds of the admission process. If a candidate has joined the seat in the second round of MCC, then he/she cannot participate in the second round. If the candidate did not get a seat allot even in this round, then they have to wait for the Mop Up round. Mop up round of counseling Candidates who have not registered in the first round and second round can do fresh registration in this round. The candidates, who remain not allotted till round 2, are allowed to participate in Mop Up straight away by fresh choice filling. Registered candidates of rounds 1 and 2, who failed to provide a choice during the rounds are allowed to participate in the Mop Up round. The Candidates, whose allotted seats were canceled in round 1 due to failure in the submission of documents, are out of the counseling process and they are not allowed to participate any further in counseling. Seat-surrendered candidates cannot participate in the mop-up round. The candidates who have not reported during round 2 are allowed to participate in Mop Up round but with a penalty that they have to pay the counseling fee afresh and register afresh before being eligible for choice filling in the mop-up round. However, they are not allowed to change the credentials provided during the enrollment stage of earlier rounds. The candidates who remain admitted after round 2 counseling, are not allowed any further participation in mop-up counseling or further counseling. Stray Vacancy round of counseling  This round is conducted to fill the vacant seats after the first, second, and Mop up rounds of counseling. No new registration is allowed in this round. During the registration procedure, the nodal center is to be selected by the candidate where the admission formalities will be completed. The candidate must select the nodal center near them out of the given options. After completing the registration \, and document verification, the security money demand draft(DD) is to be submitted at the nodal center, which is as follows:  Government Medical/Dental College – 30,000/- Private Medical College – 2,00,000/- Private Dental College – 1,00,000/- (Only offline payment will be accepted). If any candidate wants to participate in all Government Medical/Dental College and Private Medical/Dental College then Security money Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs) will have to be deposited. Only after depositing the demand draft (DD) of security fees, the candidate can fill the choice for the first round. After filling in the choices the candidate must lock the choices otherwise, they will not be considered for allotment of the seat. Registration will not be completed till online payment has been made. Security fees not submitted by the candidate will not be permitted for Document verification and choice filling.  First-Round Counseling  This counseling is online and there’s no free exit in Uttar Pradesh. In case you get a seat and you want to join it, then you can join and give the option of upgrade and you’ll be able to upgrade it in the 2nd round. After the seat allotment in the first round, one-year tuition fees and original documents will have to be deposited in the allotted colleges in case of allotment on a government seat and by visiting the nodal center in case of allotment on a private seat.  Second Round Counseling The second round of counseling will be conducted to fill the empty seats after the first round of counseling. Round 2 shall be held on-line. In case you have joined the seat within the second round of MCC, at that point you cannot take part in the second round of UP. New enrollment will be opened in the second round. Such candidates whose Security money has been forfeited in the first round, then they can take part in the second round by depositing Security money again. In the second round, the seat of the first round can also be updated. There’s no need to deposit Security money again. After upgrading the seat within the second round, your first-round seat will be designated to any other candidate. You will have to complete the admission formalities on the upgraded seat in the second round. In case the seat isn’t upgraded in the second round, the seat of the first round will remain the same. But in the second round, if the seat of the first round is designated again, at that point they will have to complete the admission customs again, otherwise, the admission will be canceled and that seat will end up empty and will be added to the counseling of the Mop Up round. Those Candidates who are allotted seats in the first round of counseling, have taken admission, and do not want to upgrade themselves are required not to fill the choices in the second round of counseling. Candidates who are already admitted to any college are required NOT to make the same choices as their already admitted college. Mop-Up Round Counseling The mop-up round of counseling is conducted to fill the vacant seats after the second round of counseling. Mop-up round 2 is being held offline. That means that the candidates will have to be present at the time of counseling. Admission to the vacant seats is given based on merit and choice of the candidate. If a candidate has been allotted a seat in the first round of counseling then they have to go to the allotted College and get all admission after getting documents verified and get all the formalities completed.  The seats of the candidates can be upgraded in the next round if they wish to get upgraded. If the candidate is satisfied with this allotment and does not want to upgrade their seat further, then at the time of admission they will have to fill out a status retention form in the college, after that, they will not be considered for the upgrade in the next rounds.  If the candidate does not get a seat in the first round, then you will have to wait for the second round. Second round of counseling  The second round of counseling is done to fill the vacant seats after the first round of counseling. This round is also conducted in online mode. The seats of the first round can also be upgraded in this round.  If the candidate has joined the seat in the second round of MCC, then they cannot participate in the second round. If the candidate does not get a seat allotted even in this round, then they have to wait for the Mop Up round. Mop up Round 1,2 of Counseling This counseling will be conducted to fill the vacant seats after the second round. This counseling will be conducted online.
