If the candidate is satisfied with their seat they have to choose the option  “No” for the upgrade and they will not be considered for the other rounds.  The first round is not an exit round. After the seat allotment in the first round, it is necessary to join it, otherwise, the candidate will not be eligible for the second round of counseling and further counseling for all the rounds. If the candidate wants to resign from the first round joined seat, they can do it before the second round of counseling, in which case the balance amount will be refunded after deducting 10% from the tuition fees deposited. If they do not get a seat a lot in the first round, then you will have to wait for the second round. Second Round of Counseling The second round of counseling is conducted to fill the vacant seats after the first round of counseling. This round is conducted in online mode. This registration will not be opened for the state quota seats.  This round of counseling is also done in the online mode. Candidates who want to get their seats upgraded after the first round of counseling can get their seats upgraded in this round. All the candidates must make their choices again. If the candidate has joined the seat in the second round of MCC then they are not eligible to participate in the second round.
