NCR Institute of Medical Sciences, Meerut was earlier known as Mulayam Singh Yadav Medical College UP. It is situated on the National Highway (NH) 235 on Meerut-Hapur Road, Meerut. It started in 2017 and was established by KSD Charitable Trust.

NCR Institute of Medical Sciences Meerut is allied with Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut, certified by the National Medical Commission (NMC). UPDGME (The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training in Uttar Pradesh) is the medical authority developing paramedics and Medical Personnel.
