Bharat Institute of Technology (BITS), a private entity founded in 2008, is located in Sonepat, Haryana. The foundation was established many years back by the Gyanpeeth Education Society. This institution is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and is affiliated with DCRUST, Murthal.

BITS Sonepat offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses including B.Tech, B.Tech (Lateral), M.Tech, BBA, and MBA. To be eligible for undergraduate programs, candidates must have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks, while for postgraduate courses, a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% aggregate marks is required.
