- Aadhar Card
- Latest Passport-Size Photo and Signature
Category/Quota-Based (If Applicable):
- Caste Certificate (SC/ST/BC)
- EWS Certificate (Issued after April 1, 2025)
- PwBD Certificate
- NCC Certificate
- Sports Certificates (Forms 1 to 4)
- CAP Certificate (For children of armed forces personnel)
