1. Consultation Services

Radical Education offers educational consulting and guidance to individuals seeking information on pursuing a medical degree. We provide detailed insights about medical colleges, universities, and countries offering MBBS or other medical programs. Enrollment in Radical Education has been done voluntarily and independently for the purpose of seeking admission assistance.

2. Information Accuracy

We strive to provide current and reliable information. However, data about universities, colleges, and countries is subject to updates and may change without prior notice. Radical Education is not liable for changes or discrepancies in the information, especially in regard to changes in National Medical Council (NMC) regulations. We have duly informed that these regulations are strict, and compliance is essential for obtaining a license to practice.

3. Responsibility of Students and Parents

The accuracy and honesty of information provided by you are your responsibility. Any misrepresentation may result in service cancellation without refund. You accept full accountability for your information. Final decisions regarding choice of college, university, or country lie with you. Radical Education only provides recommendations based on your interests.

4. Consultation Fees

Fees are charged for our time and expertise and are discussed before starting services. You agree to pay the full consultancy amount as decided. Non-payment or disputes may lead to legal action, and Radical Education reserves the right to recover the fee through all lawful means.

5. Limitation of Liability

Radical Education shall not be liable for any choices made by the student related to institution, country, or program. Our role is to support and guide; the final decision is yours.

6. Natural Calamities

In case of natural calamities (war, flood, earthquake, etc.), Radical Education shall not be held accountable for limitations in support. Force majeure circumstances may restrict our ability to operate or offer assistance.

7. Acknowledgement of Natural Disaster Limitations

You understand that support may not be available during such calamities, and it’s your responsibility to take appropriate actions through relevant authorities.

8. Student Accountability

While Radical Education assists with educational guidance, students are responsible for following laws, university policies, and maintaining appropriate behavior throughout.

9. Consequences of Misconduct

Engaging in any illegal activity, misconduct, or behavior leading to seat cancellation by any institution will release Radical Education of any liability or responsibility.

10. Communication with Parents

We seek your permission to communicate with your parents through various channels (calls, WhatsApp, email, etc.) to support your academic journey. By using our services, you agree to this communication.

11. Refunds from Institutions

Radical Education does not intervene in or process refund requests with any college/university or authority. Students are responsible for managing such processes themselves.

12. Confidentiality

Your data is kept confidential unless required by law. Post-admission, Radical Education retains the right to use your information, including videos or testimonials, for marketing on its social media platforms.

13. Refund Policy

All Radical Education registration and counselling fees are strictly non-refundable. This includes cases where you choose not to proceed with admission or do not secure admission. If registered before an entrance exam (e.g., NEET) and you do not pass, the fee will not be refunded. However, if you apply the following year, your previously paid registration fee will be adjusted against that year’s amount.

14. Amendments

Radical Education may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon publication on our website or official channels.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in the state where Radical Education’s head office is registered.
