The National Testing Agency (NTA), responsible for conducting the examination, has issued a notification indicating that the registration for NEET 2025 will commence in due time. The authorities overseeing the exam have also highlighted that it is essential to present Aadhaar details during the NEET Registration 2025 application process, as from this year onwards, the Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) ID will be implemented to register NEET 2025.

Incorporating APAAR ID and Aadhaar integration will facilitate verifying candidates’ information and personal details, ensuring both transparency and efficiency. Nonetheless, the NTA has communicated that the APAAR ID is not a compulsory requirement for NEET 2025 registration. “It is clarified that the APAAR ID is not mandatory for NEET UG 2025 registrations. Aspirants can continue to register for the exam using other available means, the details of which will be provided in the information bulletin soon,” stated the NTA.

Step 2: Completing the NEET 2025 Registration

• Click on “Click here to log in.”
• Log in using the application number and password. According to recent changes, candidates can also log in with their Academic Bank Credit Account Number (ABC ID) and Digilocker ID beside the NEET 2025 Application Number and Password.
• The NEET form 2025 will appear on your screen.
• Information provided during the registration phase will be automatically filled in the application and cannot be altered.
• Verify all information meticulously, as modifications cannot be made after the final submission of the NTA NEET 2025 application form, except for a few specific fields. To proceed with the confirmed application submission, click on “Yes, please do” when the confirmation dialogue appears.

Step 3: Upload scanned images and documents for NEET 2025 Registration

• Click on “Upload your recent documents.” You need to fill the NEET form documents 2025 correctly. Choose the files you wish to upload. Click “Next.”

Step 4: Make Payment.

• To submit the NEET 2025 Registration, select your preferred payment method (SBI/Syndicate/HDFC/ICICI/Paytm Payment Gateway via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking/UPI). The NEET exam fees for 2025 are anticipated to remain consistent with last year.

Fee Structure for NEET 2025 Registration

NEET Form Fee for General

The application fee for NEET for General candidates is INR 1,700. This fee also applies to NRI or Non-Resident Indian participants. In recent years, when the exam was conducted in locations beyond India, NRI or foreign candidates were required to pay a higher charge of INR 9,500.

NEET Form Fee for OBC

The NEET enrollment charge for OBC is INR 1,600. The classification for NEET Other Backward Classes Non-Creamy Layer or OBC-NCL, along with the General-EWS category, has a charge that is INR 100 lower than the NEET enrollment charge for General.

NEET Form Fee for SC
