Reviews

Strong Industry Focus and Vibrant Campus Life at Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies.

Placements: For the students belonging to my batch of Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies, 75% of the students got placed. The highest package offered was INR 7 LPA, while the lowest was INR 3 LPA, and the average was INR 4 LPA. Some of the leading recruiters were HDFC, ICICI, and TCS. All in all, approximately 80% of the student population was placed in internships, some of which are with Bajaj Capital and HDFC, with most of the positions taken being finance, marketing, and analysis.

Infrastructure: The facilities that I will be making use of for my course at Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies include a modern classroom, a computer laboratory equipped with the latest technology, an internet connection, and a library. At the moment, hostel facilities are not available.

Faculty: Teaching quality is very good in Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies due to the availability of highly qualified and knowledgeable faculty. The course curriculum is appropriate and adequate, planned to equip students and prepare them to meet industry requirements. It is however interesting to note that while semester exams are very tough and competitive, the pass rate is on average 90%. Some of the advantages include supportive faculty and issue-based learning.

Other: I selected the BFSI course of Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies because the course has to emphasize practical training along with connections to the industrial world. I like the practical approach to teaching and good faculty. Areas for enhancement could include the conducting of additional industry workshops. The connectivity of the campus is also good due to some activities such as “BizTech” and “Culture.” Many activations in extracurricular activities/scholarships must be given out as they meet student requirements.
