Government Medical College & Super facility Hospital, Azamgarh is a leading & phenomenal hospital and the best Government Medical College in Uttar Pradesh. It is also known as GMC, Azamgarh, located in Azamgarh, UP. The Institute was established in 2013. The college is affiliated with King Georges Medical University, Lucknow, and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC).GMC Azamgarh has a sprawling campus with hospital and college sections provided in huge buildings. The main college building looks like a vast palace and is the biggest of all medical colleges at UP. Eventually transitioned to 140 Bedded IPDs and OPDs began in 2006. Currently, GMC & SFH are operating with 550 Beds IPDs, and well-designed Emergency & Private Wards. The hospital employs skilled healthcare professionals, such as nurses, paramedics, and clinicians. When our first batch of MBBS students arrived in August 2013, the academic year officially began.
