Applicants are advised to use only the official NEET (UG) website for genuine updates and report fake news about the exam to NTA through email. NEET (UG) 2025 is under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), against reproduction or forwarding of exam material. Any breach could result in penal action and cancellation of candidacy. For enquiries, applicants need to submit their information through the helpdesk or email; repeated or general enquiries will not be accepted. Common Service Centres (CSC) facilitate applicants with online submission and fee payment. NEET (UG) records are retained for 90 days after the declaration of results. Legal grievances are subject to Delhi/New Delhi jurisdiction and need to be filed within 30 days. Applicants can download their Admit Cards, OMR sheets, and scorecards in DigiLocker for convenience and safe storage.

1. Caution Notice
- Candidates should refer only to the official NEET (UG) website for authentic information: https://neet.nta.nic.in/.
- Beware of false claims or misleading information from individuals or institutes about exam results or seat allocation.
- Report any fraudulent activities to NTA via email: neetug2025@nta.ac.in.
2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- NEET (UG) 2025 is a confidential examination, and its content cannot be disclosed, reproduced, or transmitted.
- Registration implies acceptance of the NDA and general terms available in the information bulletin and on the official website.
- Breach of these terms can lead to penal action and cancellation of candidature.
3. Correspondence for NEET (UG) 2025
- Aspirants can submit questions through the Helpdesk (011-40759000 or 011-69227700) or email: neetug2025@nta.ac.in.
- Emails should contain name, application/roll number, postal address, and contact information. Anonymous or repeat questions will not be considered.
- NTA will not reveal internal workings, decision-making information, or confidential matters via phone or email.
4. Common Services Centres (CSC)
- All applicants with difficulty in making online application can avail more than 1.5 lakh CSCs under Digital India.
- The centres assist in the submission of forms and payment of fee, catering to both rural and urban applicants.
- The list of CSCs is present at: www.csc.gov.in.
5. Weeding Out Rules
- NEET (UG) 2025 records will be maintained for a period of 90 days after the announcement of the results.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
- Legal jurisdiction in all disputes concerning NEET (UG) 2025, including the results, is at Delhi/New Delhi.
- Legal challenges are to be raised within 30 days of the declaration of results, and legal notices have to be mailed to: legal@nta.ac.in.
7. OMR Sheet & Score Card Safe Custody in DigiLocker
- Candidates can get access to their confirmation page, admit card, OMR sheet, and scorecard through DigiLocker: https://www.digilocker.gov.in/.
- DigiLocker offers a secure, paperless medium for studying authoritative documents against Aadhaar.
- The advantages are easy retrieval of documents, proof of genuineness, and digital self-attestation.
