I have always been passionate about pursuing post-graduation, particularly in the field of finance, and NL Dalmia College in Mumbai stood out as one of the best options for me. The institute has a solid track record of placements, guaranteeing 100% placement every year. Over 100 companies visit the campus for recruitment, with the average package around ₹6 lakhs. During my internship at RBI, I received a stipend of ₹12,000 per month, which can go up to ₹20,000 depending on the organization’s reputation. However, what truly matters is the role offered, and I encourage students to seize the opportunity, as the experience gained is invaluable. NL Dalmia is known for its excellent faculty, most of whom hold Ph.D. degrees and have backgrounds from prestigious institutions like IIMs and IITs. These professors are industry leaders, bringing practical, real-world knowledge to their subjects. Although the college doesn’t offer official hostel accommodation, rooms are available for rent through the college, though the standards are not very high. The campus life is vibrant and exciting. The college organizes a 3-day personality development camp at Khandala, which is a great addition to the overall experience. There are also frequent management games, sports activities (such as table tennis, badminton, and cricket), and debates, making campus life dynamic and engaging. Overall, NL Dalmia offers a great academic environment, excellent placement opportunities, and an enriching campus experience, making it an excellent choice for anyone pursuing a career in finance.
