The Eligibility condition to apply for Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2025 is as prescribed by KEA:
- He/ She should be a citizen of India.
- The candidate should have qualified in the NEET exam.
- The candidate shall fill out and provide the application form prescribed by KEA.
Eligibility Criteria for Government Quota Seats :
The candidate must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 from a school in Karnataka and studied for seven years in a government school in Karnataka. He must have passed Class 11 and Class 12 from a school in Karnataka. Either the parents must have studied in a school in Karnataka for seven years, or the candidate. Either of their parents must have Kannada, Tulu, or Kodava as their mother tongue, and that parent should be a resident of the state.

The Karnataka NEET UG counseling 2025 seats matrix has been announced along with the registration. This is done by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). The seat matrix was given against various quotas, including NRI, Private quota, Government special quota, Hyd-Kar quota, and General quota for the MBBS and Dental courses.

Verification of Documents
The verification of documents will be carried out on the basis of ranks attained by candidates.
Hence, it’s essential for all the candidates to check the rank range, date, and time of verification prior to attending the center. The candidates are supposed to carry original documents as well as self-attested document copies to the center.
At the verification center, the applicants have to re-register and state all the needed information. At the counter, the original documents will be verified. The self-attested copies will be retained by the officials. After successfully clearing the process, the candidates are issued a slip.
