Admission to Government Ayurved College

3. NEET Scorecard

4. Proof of Date of Birth

• Birth certificate or the 10th-grade mark sheet to validate your date of birth. The candidate should be at least 17 years old by December 31st in the admission year.

5. Passport-sized Photographs

• Recent passport-sized color photographs (usually 4-6 copies) for student records.

6. Identity Proof

• Aadhar Card, passport, voter ID, or any government-issued proof of identity to verify your identity.

7. Category Certificate (If Applicable)

• For candidates applying under reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC), a valid category certificate issued by the competent authority is required.

8. Domicile Certificate (If Applicable)

• If you are applying for a state quota or to prove your state residency, a domicile certificate might be required.

9. Migration Certificate (If Applicable)

• If you have completed your previous education from a board other than the Uttarakhand Board, a migration certificate from the previous institution or board is required.

10. Character Certificate

• A character certificate from the last attended educational institution or a government-authorized authority.

11. Medical Fitness Certificate

• A medical fitness certificate confirming that you are physically fit to pursue the BAMS course. This may include a health check-up from a certified doctor.

12. Entrance Exam Admit Card

• If you have appeared for any other entrance exams conducted by the college (besides NEET), bring the admit card and result.

13. Payment Receipt of Application Fees
