It began in 2015 and is connected with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. The college is approved by the National Medical Commission.
GIMS Gadag, as it’s commonly known, is located in Gadag City, which is famous for its history and temples. The college campus is big, covering 51,000 square meters. It has labs, museums, exam halls, auditoriums, lecture halls, and a big library. They are also building a gym. The main goals of the college are to give excellent medical care, especially to those who are poor, and to train doctors who care about helping society.
