Their allotment will be done in the second round.  Second Round Counseling:- The second round of counseling is conducted to fill the vacant seats after the first round of counseling. The candidates who have joined in the first round will be given the choice if they want to participate in the second round of counseling or not. New registrations will not be opened in this round. In the second round, new registration can only be done for the seats that are transferred from MCC to AIQ. The candidates who are residing in Punjab and who had not registered earlier can register in these AIQ vacant seats. This registration will not be opened for the state quota seats.  This round of counseling is also done in the online mode. Candidates who want to get their seats upgraded after the first round of counseling can get their seats upgraded in this round. All the candidates must make their choices again. If the candidate has joined the seat in the second round of MCC then they are not eligible to participate in the second round.
