Counseling procedure

How to take admission for state quota? 

After the NEET 2024 Result, the admission authority will release the MBBS Quota Admission Overview and Schedule. All details can be found on the website https://rajugenet2023.com/  This website will be active after 10-15 days after the publication of NEET Results 2024. All participants are required to deposit online an application fee of Rs. 2000 – Registration Fee: INR 10,000/- for General Candidates and INR 5,000/- for SC/ST/STA/OBC/MBC Candidates (Allotted to State and Govt. Colleges). Community Colleges (Jhalawar, RajMES) / RUHS Medical College) and INR 1,00,000/- (for private college allotment) while filling Option 34 (candidates depositing INR 1.0 lakh are also considered for Govt. seats. INR 10000 or 5000 No need to deposit separately) ). After submitting online, you must fill in your options. In this way, the first discussion will be conducted online, the second discussion will be conducted offline, and an information session will be held before the tickets are sent. New registrations will start before each counseling session in Rajasthan.

First Round Counseling:- 

The allotment of seats in the first phase of the online allotment process for all eligible NEET candidates registered in the NEET 2024 result should be strictly as per the merit list as per Merit All India of NEET 2024 and selection entered by the candidates. the following options: 

Filling out the online application and initial information is free. Candidates who secured the first rank but do not report/join their allotted faculties will not be penalized (registration fees will not be forfeited) and may join the next rounds. If you want more places, you can register a second time and upgrade. If you have entered in the first round, you have entered in other places, but you want to leave this place, you can apply to the relevant university and leave the period indicated by the advice or resign immediately in the second round. 

You have to pay the school fee when you join the first class. If you complete the application but are not selected within the notification period, you will not be allocated the first place but will be deemed to meet the necessary conditions. 

While reporting admission, bring all relevant certificates/documents in original form and submit a written affidavit confirming that the documents submitted are original. These original documents may be kept by the company until the end of the work.

Second Round Counseling:

After the first round of counseling, a second round of counseling will be held to fill the vacant seats. The second round of State NEET UG (Medical/Dental) counseling 2024 will be conducted offline, i.e. candidates will have to be present at the time of counseling. In this case, vacant seats will be admitted based on on-the-spot merit and first-round seats can also be upgraded. 

Candidates participating in round 1 cannot be reclassified for round 2 (offline) according to your advice. That point is worthy, you can resign – from this field at the time of consultation without forfeiting the registration fee, otherwise will be considered a general candidate for round 2 and regulations will be applied accordingly. 

As per the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Writ Petition No. 267/2017 DAR-Us-SLAM Education Trust & Ors v. MCI & Ors, the candidate has joined through admission through counseling conducted by the Assembly Committee implemented by the health council, DGHS, Government of India after the second round, NEET UG seats will not be allowed to participate in the second round and other rounds of state boards. 

If a candidate has been allotted a seat in the Rajasthan runoff election, you cannot resign him or her. If you want to resign, you will have to resign by going to college, but remember that after resigning, you will not be eligible for recruitment. In the second round, vacant NRI seats were converted into management quota (repay). In this round, seats in a private university will first be allotted to candidates from Rajasthan, then, if the seat remains vacant, other candidates from the state will be allotted. 

Candidates selecting ‘Other’ will be considered for allotment of NRI quota seats and will also be considered for allotment of vacant seats available after the state merit list is exhausted). If a candidate is allotted a seat in the second round of counseling and does not appear/participate in the allotted seat, his or her registration fee will be forfeited. 

These candidates will be eligible to participate in the preliminary round upon new registration and return of the registration fee. No candidate will be allowed to resign from the state quota. Seats after offline allocation in round 2. Original documents are required for the allotment.

Mop Up round Counseling:- 

A preliminary round of counseling will be held to fill the vacancies left vacant after the completion of the second round (offline counseling).

This board will only take place offline. A new application form will be opened across India. In the preliminary round, seats in a private university will first be allotted to candidates from Rajasthan, then, if seats remain vacant, vacant seats will be allotted to other candidates from the state.

Only candidates who did not win seats in the first and second rounds can participate. Candidates who have contested on a seat allotted by the Rajasthan State Assembly/any other state assembly including the All India Council will not be eligible to participate in the prelims.

Stray vacancy (Residual medical) round Counseling:- 

In the state of Rajasthan, this round of counseling will be conducted to fill the vacant seats in the MBBS/BDS government after the mop-up round. After the mop-up round, when the state NEET merit list has been exhausted, recruitment to the remaining vacant seats will be done from the available list of all eligible candidates for All India NEET UG 2024, when they register with the State NEET UG 2024 Advisory Board. 

The remaining private college seats are filled at the concerned private colleges. The residual seats of Govt. colleges, Govt. Society Colleges, RUHS CMS shall be filled at the level of the Admission Board. These seats are filled by the counseling authority only but it has been seen in previous years that after the Mop-up round Government MBBS/BDS seats do not remain vacant. 

The seats left vacant after the Mop-up round of MBBS of Private Medical College are transferred to the concerned private college and these seats are filled by the college itself. After the mop-up round of BDS of Private Dental College, counseling of Mop up – 2 is done by the counseling authority to fill the vacant seats, after that the vacant seats are transferred to the concerned college and these vacant seats will be filled by the concerned college.
