Introduction to MD

The MD is known to be a postgraduate, doctorate-level degree that is obtained after completing medical school, which takes four years of study after a bachelor’s degree. 

To become an MD  in India, a candidate to complete an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) degree before pursuing a postgraduate MD specialization after passing the NEET-PG or INI-CET (Institute of National Importance Common Entrance Test).
