Registration & Security charges for NEET UG
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate, or NEET UG, consists of two separate stages: the test itself and the counseling that follows. A one-time application cost is required for the Registration and Security Charges for NEET UG, such as registration and security fees, which are required for the counseling phase. On May 4, 2025, the NEET 2025 exam was administered. Since the test was administered in May, students are now eagerly awaiting the results. The second week of June 2025 is when the findings are expected to be revealed.
NEET UG Counseling 2025
For students to be qualified for counseling, they must fulfill the requirements of the competitive exam. While reserved categories, such as those with physical disabilities, require 40% of the possible points, general candidates must receive at least 50%. To be eligible for counseling, unreserved physically disabled applicants must receive 45% of the possible points.
DGHS conducts the NEET AIQ counseling in two stages. Candidates should be informed that any seats left over after the second round of NEET Counseling 2025 will be distributed to the appropriate state quota. During the mop-up round of NEET 2025 counseling, open seats in the AIQ quota of Central Universities, ECIC College, and deemed universities will be filled. The institutional round or stray round of NEET counseling will then be used to assign any remaining seats. Henceforth, the Registration and Security Charges for the NEET UG process will be started.
As a result, applicants must be knowledgeable about the NEET 2025 counseling process. The NEET 2025 exam will be administered offline by the National Testing Agency in roughly 155 places across the country.
