Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU) is a public university accredited with a NAAC Grade B and affiliated with the UGC and DEB. Spread over a 230-acre residential campus, the university provides modern facilities and support services for its students. LNMU offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including B.Ed, B.Sc, M.Sc, and M.Ed, across the Arts, Commerce, and Science streams. It also provides diploma and research programs in various major and minor specializations. In addition to academics, LNMU emphasizes co-curricular activities, offering well-equipped facilities to support holistic learning. The university has a faculty of 400 members engaged in teaching and research across 21 departments housed in seven main buildings. Review

I chose to pursue a Bachelor of Arts at Lalit Narayan Mithila College as a stepping stone toward a career in law (LLB), and it turned out to be a great choice. The college attracts many students for its BA program, making it a popular option. However, I would advise prospective students to carefully evaluate internship opportunities before enrolling, as the university offers minimal or no internship options. This is an important factor to consider when making a decision. The university is also a good choice for postgraduate programs, including M.Sc., which is well-regarded. However, it is worth noting that there are no scholarship or loan facilities currently available for students. On a positive note, the college provides opportunities for extracurricular involvement through NCC and NAC programs, which add value to the student experience. While the campus is not Wi-Fi enabled at present, I am hopeful that this facility will be introduced in the near future. As a graduate of Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, I am happy to share my feedback and overall satisfaction with my experience at the institution.
