EMPI Business School was established in 1995 and situated in the heart of India’s capital, is one of the leading private MBA colleges in India. EMPI offers a 2-year, full-time, residential flagship program that is AICTE-approved. The PGDM programs at EMPI specialize in areas such as Advertising Communication, General Management, Global Business, Human Resources, and Business Analytics. Admission to these courses is based on CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, or ATMA scores, followed by a Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The selection process considers the overall performance, including marks from Graduation, 12th, and 10th exams, as well as performance in the management entrance exam and GD/PI. Additionally, the school provides a 1-year fast-track Post Graduate Program (PGP), co-certified by MNCs, with a ‘Train to Hire’ approach. Admissions for PGPs are based solely on the performance of students in an interview conducted by the college.

The college makes sure to consider each student’s preferences when assigning interview opportunities, connecting us with top companies and increasing our chances of success. Scholarships are awarded to meritorious female students every year, based on their academic performance in 10th, 12th, and graduation exams, or their CAT score. The hostel facilities are well-organized, with separate accommodations for boys and girls, and the variety of events we get to participate in ensures a holistic experience, helping us stay motivated and focused. I chose a triple-sharing room in the hostel, and it’s comfortable with an attached washroom. The fees and living expenses are quite affordable, and the education I’ve received here has been exceptional.
